707ok Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 707ok ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 707ok website at https://707ok.pro, including all games, promotions, payment transactions and customer support services offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the 707ok platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 707ok platform.

707ok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms each time you access the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

To be eligible to register and use the 707ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 707ok platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 707ok.

707ok reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any stage of account registration or withdrawal processing. Failure to provide accurate documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review. 707ok will not be held responsible for delays in withdrawals caused by incomplete KYC documentation.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 707ok platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different mobile numbers that belong to the same person — are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held. When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify 707ok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. This number will be used for account verification and communication.
• 707ok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we determine that these Terms have been breached, that the account poses a fraud or security risk, or that the registered player no longer meets eligibility requirements.

707ok will never ask for your password via email, SMS or telephone. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 707ok that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

All funds deposited into your 707ok account must be your own personal funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds obtained through criminal activity is strictly prohibited. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. 707ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending completion of KYC verification. 707ok is entitled to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal of any amount.
• Any balance remaining in an account that has been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee. 707ok will notify the registered mobile number before applying any such fee.

707ok is not responsible for delays or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by errors on the part of third-party payment processors, bank downtime, or network interruptions. 707ok offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• 707ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and their account suspended.

Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only and are available to new registrations subject to applicable terms. Players who have previously held an account at 707ok are not eligible for new-player welcome bonuses, irrespective of whether the previous account was closed voluntarily or by 707ok.

707ok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity and seek help if gambling stops being a source of entertainment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 707ok players at no charge:

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 707ok.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the 707ok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, modify or otherwise exploit any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 707ok, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, platform unavailability, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 707ok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

707ok does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. 707ok will make reasonable efforts to minimise any such downtime and will communicate planned maintenance periods where practicable.

707ok reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 707ok will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or account notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 707ok platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Pending balances will be processed in accordance with these Terms upon account closure.
